Reason for that is because it's annoyingly offensive that you request for an english version of the chapter to the actual creator and you just leech on it. The way I look at it, the other non english version( i dunno, viet?) was made by a scanlator group that's why they are ahead of the actual mangaka's site. You will see a english scanlated version at mangaupdates anyway when an english scanlation group picked it up,

Another reason is that they actually sell their own manga products on the site if you look at it. I assume the english version is actually a "preview" of the manga for foreigners to buy their product.

Just keep going up on the three digit number until you get a successful hit on a chapter. This way you will be able to read up to chapter 143, which is unfortunate because www.mangakun.com has the raws for up to chapter 153. It seems English chapters are still being uploaded on the comixo website.

I just found out the latest raw is chapter 156. The series is serialized so I think there is a new chapter each week.
