Also, none of the pages are loading on you reader. I don't know if it's just me, but I seen others have similar issues. Hopefully you get it patched up before I forget about this release

Both are working fine for me. Try using a different browser or disabling any addons/plugins that may be causing the issue.
Also, although I'm sure you've already done so, enable javascript.

Edit: the only way I was able to replicate the DL issue was by attempting to access the file via a direct URL instead of clicking on the download button.
You can also try right clicking on it and hitting "save link"

Adblock, noscript, and right-clicking have nothing to do with the 403 issue, it's just referrals. If you're blocking referrals you get a 403.
