Past experience: I've done some work as a cleaner for animexis scans, but that was only for chapter 19 of "Hozuki-san Chi no Aneki" (still have the PSD files if you'd care to have a look at my color page cleaning and redrawing).
Which Project(s) you'd like to help us with: I'd like to help out with "Nozoki Ana" at this point in time, though if there's downtime between available scans to clean I probably wouldn't mind working on something else -- especially if there are color pages involved, those are always fun.

I wasn't able to compare your result with the original test because the link is down but here's my observation:

- always post the .psd

"cleaned_mag" (did you forget to do it?)
- no filter
- need to burn the black
- need to dodge the white

"cleaned_P398"
- need to dodge the white to remove the .jpeg artifact

"cleaned_sunday1&2"
- no filter?
- needs to burn the boys pants

"cleaned_youngking"
- needs better filtering
