I'M A GIRL AND I LIKE SHOUNEN MANGA! :D actually, a lot of my good girl friends like shounen and good guy friends like shoujo but we still read everything.
the nickname leelee is a bit of a joke cause of my friends and classmates but it stuck throughout the years haha
i'm actually taiwanese tho when people see me, they assume i'm either japanese or korean
2 fluent langauge- english and taiwanese, 2 somewhat- japanese and chinese
hahaha i'm in the process of learning spanish and a bit of french from my friends haha

lol! i won't lie, i used google translate (definitely not the greatest) but i get the general idea.
haha all i can say is "hello, my name is leelee" "how are you" "where is the bathroom"....
haha just some really simple stuff that i can just get by with if i'm ever in France
i think it's fun to learn new languages....especially when you're mad and you start speaking in a different language and the person doesn't know what you're saying haha! (i do that all the time ><)

;o welcome~ and erm really, shounen/shoujo etc. are just general target demographics for the actual magazine/publishing company itself.
most manga are generally catered to people who love certain genre rather than the actual demographics itself. that's why there are some manga which seem to hover between shounen and shoujo (I remember discussions about Okujyouhime and Love Allergen about that on batoto.)

so yeah, it's all good =) I read almost everything (shounen, seinen, shoujo) but rarely josei and shounen ai(largely due to the lack of josei manga compared to the other genres and dislike for BL) and never yaoi.

the only shoujo i´ve read was the Miu spin off, i think i might give it a try one day

LOL! some shoujo i do like is....hana yori dango, nodame cantabile, and akuma de sourou....
but idk. i find some are getting repetitive...like stardust wink. two guys, one girl...everything becomes a triangle, drama here and there....lol shounen is getting repetitive too but at least there's action :D :D :D
