First, you need to post the .psd: with at least 2 layer (the raw and edited). cleaners only gives psd files.

Level this is way overleveled.

for the redraw page, you just stuck the 2 next to each other? I see no redraw nor color editing

and the 2 other are no good either, clone tool and healing brush are good but you need to know how to use them

sorry but that's far from a pass, I recomend you to try the easy test and to look at http://senbonzakura.kageyoshi.net/ for pointers
good luck

for the easy test:
Quote
8-9:
- back of the head too flat
- pattern under the head is cut
- page in RGB
- overleveled

11: overleveled (23:1:250 would be the right level as to not lose the details, especially the clouds)

17: text.

for the advanced test:
Quote
"youngking", the page is too dark so the finer details are lost, there is some dust to burn in panel 1 (next to the second bubble) and it's a bit overfiltered.

"sunday", the redraw in itself is better even if there is still improvement needed on the patterns on top, the wood and the back of the guy.
as for the rest, the page needs a better filtering

"P398", the gradient pattern on top and bottom panel suffered a bit when leveling but the page overall is good. Could be used but improvement are still possible.

"mag", too dark and overleveled, some white dogding would be necessary on the letter on top left.

so in conclusion, you would be more suited to work on tank raw instead of mag raw. The easy test can be considered a pass but you need to be careful as to not forget easy steps such as grayscale or removing the text. What's more you need to pay attention to details when redrawing and do finer leveling. All that can build up with experience.
as for the mag cleaning, you don't know how to use the filter and leveling accordingly yet. It'll have to wait.

come by on IRC so we can talk more about all that and give you a chapter to clean if you are ok for it.
