If I really had to rank I'd say it'd be orihime (because ditzy deredere is kinda awesome) > hinata > akari > new girl (she's lacking deredere and her innocent/ditzy is just facedesk)

I prefer someone like Miyano in Maga-tsuki, except that will to tell people what to do.
