It's true that they have dropped it, however I don't think our group has any1 even interested in AnK
I could be wrong if some1 Said they will consider it but don't get your hopes up.
If anything you could ask Imanga they do most of the sports these days

I'm sorry to announce that no one in Japanzai has the time nor interest to pick up Area No Kishi.
Please try the anime, since its ahead of the manga(Scanlated wise) and still ongoing.

Because we have many projects, and new ones, we'd like to focus on those for now, instead of picking up more series.
When we've finished a few series, we could pick up a NEW project, but that does not mean we'll choose A.N.K.

Most Japanzai staff members, love Ecchi, Comedy, Seinen, and other genres.
We haven't done any soccer series or others before, that could make us do it.

Please try out a different Scanlation group.
I recommend asking Imangascans, since they do Baby Steps (tennis) aswell.
